The parties shouldn't get any donation of any kind and no exceptions should be allowed. There is no need for advertisements and leaflets and the rest of the crap. Each party should be obliged to write its policies about all matters and each candidate as well and that should be accessible to everybody the whole time. In the Internet and maybe at some public buildings or libraries. If a party has some expenses they should be payed by the members through monthly fees, but an amount that everybody can pay.
