Is he admitting some things?

The Church has a problem that some people choose to be burned after their death. A Bishop says that the Orthodox Church needs remains of saints. Probably those who choose cremation aren't Christians. Does he believe that his god sanctifies Atheists, Buddhists, Heathens etc? Even if they do miracles, the Church will say that these are the work of the Devil.
The real Hellenic people burned their deads. When he uses the phony Kissinger saying, he implies that the ancient Hellenes are not part of the modern Greek traditions.

Henry Kissinger is supposed to have said the following:

"The Greek people are anarchic and difficult to tame. For this reason we must strike deep into their cultural roots: Perhaps then we can force them to conform. I mean, of course, to strike at their language, their religion, their cultural and historical reserves, so that we can neutralize their ability to develop, to distinguish themselves, or to prevail; thereby removing them as an obstacle to our strategically vital plans in the Balkans, the Mediterranean, and the Middle East."
It is supposed to have been written in a Turkish newspaper, but no one could find the passage. Then some people claim to have heard him saying it themselves. The Christians keep repeating it all the time.
